  1. What is the purchasing process through the e-shop?

The process of purchasing through the e-shop is very simple.

After browsing through the site categories and finding the products you are interested in, click on the desired color and size and select "Add to Cart."

If the size appears in a faint color, it means it's unavailable. By going to the shopping cart at the top right, you can view all the selected products and proceed by choosing "Purchase." If you are already registered on our site, log in with your email and password, or select "Create New User" to fill in your details. Finally, choose the delivery location for your order and the payment method, and your order will be complete! You will receive a confirmation email with your order code.

 

  1. What are the payment methods?

The available payment methods are:

  • Cash on delivery for areas within Greece
  • Credit/debit card
  • Bank deposit to one of the partnering banks (National Bank, Piraeus Bank, and Alpha Bank)
  • PayPal
  • BOX NOW - PAY ON THE GO

 

  1. Are there shipping charges?

GREECE:

A. Shipment via Partner Courier Service:

Once your order is confirmed, and you've chosen courier delivery, the shipment is made across Greece via a courier service, and delivery takes 1-3 working days to the address you provided. You will be updated with a relevant voucher regarding the status of your shipment.

The 3GUYS company collaborates with the following companies: ACS, General Postal Service, ELTA Courier, and Easy Mail. Depending on your location and payment method, the appropriate department will select the courier service for your order shipment.

The shipping cost is €3.00 for orders below €50.

For orders over €50.00, shipping is free nationwide.

For orders with cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.00. For payments made via BOX NOW PAY ON THE GO, there is an additional charge of €1.30.

B. Shipment via BOX NOW:

Once your order is confirmed, and you've chosen BOX NOW delivery, the shipment is made across Greece to available lockers, with delivery taking 1-4 working days.

The shipping cost is €2.50 for orders below €50.

For orders over €50.00, shipping is free nationwide.

INTERNATIONAL:

Shipping charges for international parcels depend on the weight and volume of the order. After adding your desired products to the cart and filling in your shipping details, the shipping cost will automatically appear.

The shipment is handled in collaboration with DHL courier services.

Delivery time ranges from 2 to 6 working days from the day of shipment, and you will be updated with a relevant voucher regarding the status of your shipment.

For orders over €150.00 within the European Union, shipping is FREE!

 

  1. Can I exchange a product?

A. PRODUCT EXCHANGE IN A 3GUYS STORE

At one of the following 3GUYS stores, with the presentation of the retail receipt or the exchange card:

  • 16 Kymi Ave., N. Ionia, Tel: 210 2757318

Exchanges are made based on the final purchase price of the products in the order, and the cash on delivery and shipping fees are not included.

B. PRODUCT EXCHANGE THROUGH THE E-SHOP

B.1. PRODUCT EXCHANGE VIA COURIER (ELTA Door-to-Door, ACS, General Postal Service, or Easy Mail)

If you received your order via a partnering courier service and wish to exchange a product through the e-shop, follow these steps:

  • Place the items along with the receipt and the exchange form in the original packaging as you received them, folded with their tags attached.
  • Hand the parcel to ELTA Door-to-Door or ACS Courier, with recipient payment, without incurring return shipping costs, as the first exchange is free.*
  • To reserve a product for exchange, place a new order, following the same process as a regular purchase, noting in the "Comments/Remarks" field that it's for an exchange and including the original order number. Alternatively, you can call us at 2102846440 (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00). You can also complete the Return/Exchange Form with the products you wish to exchange and the new items you'd like us to send (in this case, the products you wish to receive will not be immediately reserved).
  • The exchange process takes about 7 working days from the day the department receives your parcel. If a defect is found in the returned product, customer service will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • If a replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the requested product, customer service will contact you.
  • If you use another courier service, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  • If you wish to exchange for a product of higher value, the price difference will be charged on delivery (+€2.00). Alternatively, you can pay via bank transfer after requesting the account details and the amount to be deposited before the shipment of the new products. No fee applies to bank transfers.

*Free product exchanges are valid for one exchange per order and only for areas within Greece. If a second exchange is required, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. For international orders, the customer bears the cost of return shipping.

B.2. PRODUCT EXCHANGE VIA BOX NOW

If you received your order through BOX NOW and wish to exchange one or more products, follow these steps:

  • Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, folded with the tags attached.
  • Include the return/exchange form, listing the products for return and the new products you want to receive for replacement. Please use the original packaging so that the shipping number is clearly visible. If this is not possible, fill out the fields at the bottom of the return/exchange form, cut out the section, and attach it to the outside of your parcel.
  • To reserve a product for exchange, place a new order following the same process as a regular purchase, noting in the "Comments/Remarks" field that it is for an exchange and including the original order number. Alternatively, call us at 2102846440 (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00). You can also complete the Return/Exchange Form with the products you wish to exchange and the new items you'd like us to send (in this case, the products you wish to receive will not be immediately reserved).
  • Visit any Box Now Locker and enter the ten-digit shipping number found on the voucher or the email/Viber/SMS you received. The locker will open automatically.
  • Place your parcel inside the locker and close the door. Your return has now been processed!
  • Once we receive your return parcel, we will proceed with the new shipment. If there is no price difference in the products you selected and they are available, the shipment will be made immediately. If there is a price difference in the new products, the relevant department will contact you to choose the payment method for the difference.

 

  1. Can I get a refund?

A. REFUND VIA COURIER (ELTA Door-to-Door, ACS, General Postal Service, or Easy Mail)

If you received your order through a partnering courier service and wish to request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Complete the exchange/return form, which was sent with your order. You must fill in the products you wish to return for a refund, along with your bank account details (IBAN), the bank (preferably one of the partnering banks: National Bank, Piraeus Bank, and Alpha Bank), and the account holder’s name.
  • Place the item(s), along with the exchange form and the purchase receipt, in the original packaging. The product must be returned in the same condition you received it, with the tags still attached.
  • Hand over the parcel to ELTA Door-to-Door or ACS Courier, with recipient payment, without incurring return shipping costs. (If you return your item via another courier service, you will be responsible for the shipping costs).

  • The refund process may take up to 10 working days from when the department receives your return parcel.
  • If the product has a defect, the relevant department will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • The refund amount is the final purchase price of the product as stated on the receipt.
  • The cash-on-delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.

B. REFUND VIA BOX NOW

If you received your order through BOX NOW and wish to request a refund, follow the BOX NOW return procedure:

  • Complete the exchange/return form, which was sent with your order. You must fill in the products you wish to return for a refund, along with your bank account details (IBAN), the bank (preferably one of the partnering banks: National Bank, Piraeus Bank, and Alpha Bank), and the account holder’s name. Please note that the refunded amount is the final purchase price of the product, excluding cash-on-delivery and shipping fees.
  • Place the item(s), along with the exchange form and the purchase receipt, in the original packaging. The product must be returned in the same condition you received it, with the tags still attached. Please use the original packaging so that the shipping number is clearly visible. If this is not possible, fill out the fields at the bottom of the return/exchange form, cut out the section, and attach it to the outside of your parcel.

C. REFUND AT A 3GUYS STORE

You can return the product(s) for a refund at one of the following 3GUYS stores:

You must have the receipt or exchange card. The refunded amount will be the final purchase price of the product, and any cash-on-delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

  1. What is the delivery time for my order?

GREECE:

Once your order is confirmed, the standard delivery time through the courier service is 1-3 working days for Greece. However, it might vary depending on the delivery location.

You will receive an email with the voucher number to track your order’s status.

For BOX NOW deliveries, the time is 1-4 working days.

INTERNATIONAL:

For international orders, the delivery time varies between 2-6 working days depending on the location. You will be updated with the relevant shipping voucher to track your order.

 

  1. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey.

For orders shipped via courier services (ACS, General Postal Service, ELTA Courier, or Easy Mail), you can use the provided voucher number on the courier’s tracking system to monitor the status of your shipment.

For orders shipped via BOX NOW, you will receive a shipping number to track your order through the BOX NOW platform or notifications via email/SMS/Viber.
